Location scouting and release forms- smile

 


To ensure i knew exactly where i was filming my video and if i had the permission to film there i completed my own version of location scouting and release forms, which can be seen above. In these forms they will include the address, times of filming, dates of filming. etc. These forms are also important in the film industry to once again make sure they have the permission to film in their chosen location or locations. These forms will let all the property managers know when and where they will be filming on the specific dates on the forms.
