Risk assessment forms- Smile

 


Before i started with the production of my video i completed risk assessment forms to ensure that the areas that i was filming in were safe for the cast and crew, this is to make filming the safest it can possibly be. Above are my own versions of the risk assessment forms for: Crowther industrial estate, Sunderland City Centre and a friends house. Forms were completed fully to make sure all locations would be safe to film at.
